From Bridgeport: I 95 to Exit 39A. At the bottom of exit ramp take a right and stay to the right on the Boston Post Road. About half a mile on the left you will see Mama Teresa’s Restaurant. The driveway to the Milford Health and Medical Center is just past the reastaurant, and the building is in the back of the parking lot.
