Milford Vascular Institute offers next day new patient consultations Monday through Friday. Serving Milford, New Haven, Bridgeport, Stamford and all of Southern Connecticut, our vascular specialists are committed to improving the vascular health of the people in our communities.

Your Initial Consultation
When you come in for your initial consultation we ask that you please bring the following with you:
If your insurance requires a referral to see a specialist, you are responsible for contacting your primary care physician to obtain that referral.
Milford Vascular Institute is in network with all major insurance companies. At the time of your initial consultation, you will be responsible for any applicable copayment (copay), coinsurance or deductible as dictated by your individual insurance plan.
